We had a fantastic time, especially playing billiards and the Tekken machine. The house is spacious enough for a group, and the beautiful view made it even more relaxing. The host was responsive, helpful and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The electric stove didn’t heat properly while we were there. There was another option to use, though cooking took longer. After checkout, the host told us the stove had already been replaced, so they acted quickly. We enjoyed everything else and would love to return.

Loved this spot for a family or team gathering. It’s peaceful and away from the noise, but only a short drive from Royal Duty Free and everything else.

A new, gated and exclusive residential area in Crown Peak Gardens. It’s the highest area in Cubi Point, SBFZ, with spectacular views over the forest and Subic Bay.
