Vista Venice Resort

The staff were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Food was okay and reasonably priced, and you can pitch a tent if you'd rather not get one of their rooms. There are air-conditioned rooms and free wifi, plus massage service, a jacuzzi, and plenty of pools for both kids and adults. There's also lots of parking and space to walk around. The elevated location near Mt samat brings cooler mornings, which felt nice. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. I skipped breakfast, but a server insisted on bringing it to me while I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi, which really stood out. The large function room also came in handy for our indoor team games since it rained most of the time. We went to Vista Venice Resort in Morong, Bataan for a 2D1N company team building in June 2025. The drive from Manila was around 3-4 hours, not too bad location-wise. The resort was okay overall, but many amenities listed on the website weren't working properly. The Jacuzzi wasn't heated, a letdown in the rainy season, and it would've been good if they'd anticipated the cooler weather. The rooms looked a bit dated, though they were clean enough and the aircon worked fine. There are several pools, large and small, that could be fun in sunnier weather. It's an okay option near Morong, Bataan for a company outing or family trip if you're not too picky and want space and decent service. Don't expect luxury, but the staff will take care of you.

The food was a letdown for the price. There wasn't much variety, it tasted bland, and some dishes didn't seem freshly prepared. It also fell short of what we'd expected from the promotions. Our team building at Villa Venice was a very disappointing experience. The function room was too small and hot for our group, with uncomfortable chairs and outdated equipment. Its air conditioning barely worked, so it was hard to focus or enjoy our planned activities. The comfort rooms were dirty and poorly ventilated. For a venue that hosts events, that level of hygiene was unacceptable. The facilities didn't meet even basic standards for a professional or casual gathering. Our team left frustrated and disappointed. We wouldn't recommend Villa Venice for corporate events or team outings. It wasn't worth the cost or hassle.

Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the guys serving food at the function hall. I also appreciated the front desk woman lending me a kitchen knife so we could enjoy the Indian mangoes we brought.
