Bellini Suites at Presidio Lakefront

A nice place to stay with your family.

The corridors are small and a bit dingy, and the pool was a little dirty, probably because of the people there during our visit. The rooms, though, were excellent: spacious, clean, with chic furniture that was comfortable to use. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions clearly.

Nearby fast food and a grocery store are a plus, and the place has 24/7 security. I rented a unit here for a reunion and found it okay. Getting to Bellini took time, though. You need your own car or have to wait for the shuttle, and I had a long wait before I caught it. The trash setup also needs work. Tenants leave rubbish outside their flats or in the fire exits, and we were advised to do the same.

I used to check my friends in here for weekends, or my foreign friends for week-long vacations, since I lived in one of the condo units. The prices have become ridiculous. For somewhere without its own restaurant and so far from everything, the cost is absurd. You're better off finding a place in the Makati, Ortigas, or Alabang area.
