Peria Seafront Pensione

The owners were kind and really accommodating, and the food they served was tasty. I enjoyed having breakfast by their port. The room was beautiful and clean, and since the place is right beside the sea, you can hear the waves crashing. They also have CCTV installed, so security isn't a problem. My stay was awesome, 10/10 would recommend!

I know the Peria family from the COVID 19 MANDATORY LOCKDOWN in the Philippines. Even though we couldn't meet personally, they made sure we had everything, including things the government was supposed to provide. They were all so very nice. Some reviews don't seem to reflect what people actually get. You can't compare a quaint hometown pension with a big city hotel. They do things the old school way, simple, local, and down to earth, and I love it. Go find an expensive upscale high dollar place if that's what you want. Ma'am Shirley and her family treat me like nobody else does. I wish I could give them 10 STARS 🌟 ❣️❣️

Nice place for the price, right on the ocean. The rooms are dated, and there's only cold water, so bring your own soap and hair wash. The staff are nice, and there's no restaurant on site. The pier is really nice, as are the sun room and back deck. It's a good spot to catch the sunrise facing the pier.

I won't stay here again. The place is in a slum area, loud and stinky in the morning, and the owners' judgmental attitude made it feel especially unfriendly. I found them shameless and focused on money, with no customer service skills. I feel sorry for them, living such a petty, judgmental life. Now I understand why the place is always empty. Horrible people and horrible vibes! I went to Acacia Pension instead, where the atmosphere was super friendly and the reception was nice. It's always full for a reason.
