It's in a good central spot, but I'd only recommend this hostel to deep sleepers. The walls, floor, and ceiling are all wood, so you hear noise from other rooms, the resto downstairs, and the street. KTV was still going past 10pm. Wifi in our room ranged from slow to normal.

The rates are reasonable, and it's a good place to stay when visiting Naga. It's centrally located, very near the cathedral, though street parking is limited. Check out Que Pasa restaurant nearby.

A good fit for backpackers and big groups needing a place to stay. It's close to fastfood chains, Naga Metropolitan Cathedral, Ateneo de Naga University, University of Nueva Caceres, Naga Parochial School, and Universidad de Sta. Isabel.

Can't recommend it if you're looking for rest. The KTV bar makes the place noisy. There's no phone in the room, so you have to go out to request anything, and the flush doesn't work properly.

The location is excellent. This old house has been turned into a hotel, giving it a sense of history and bringing you closer to the local community and its way of life.
