The room was bare, with no TV or even basic toiletries like soap. Worst of all, the air conditioner barely cooled anything and just blew warm air, so it was uncomfortable at night. Nakaka dissapoint sobrang init ng aircon expectations vs reality sobrang init means it was so disappointing and hot, far from what I expected. It cost more than other staycation places where the air conditioning is cold, so it didn’t feel worth it at all. The staff seemed unprepared and uninterested in customer service from the moment I arrived. Very disappointing for a one-night stay. 👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. The air con worked well, there was hot water in the shower and an electric kettle. Hand soap and cups were missing, but that wasn’t a big deal. We had a great stay and I recommend it.

I had a disappointing one-night stay and can’t recommend this place to domestic or international tourists. Customer service was poor, and there was usually no one readily available to help. It took ages to ask for soap, only to be told they had run out. There was no TV in the room either. The hotel is on the second floor, up around 30 steps. The bathroom smelled when the toilet was flushed, and the internet service was poor. Huhuhu.

Just about 2mins from SM Naga and the bus terminal, so it’s convenient for getting around. Our room for 7 pax was clean and new, with very soft, comfortable beds and pillows. The AC was strong, and there was water, a hot shower, and free wifi. A good, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay or a few days.

The staff were nice and approachable, and the location was convenient, close to the bus terminal, mall, and market. The room was okay, but the blanket was very thin, and it smelled as if it hadn’t dried properly. You may want to bring your own blanket if you plan to keep the AC running. Overall, the stay was good.
