New Crown Hotel

The location is a great value for a budget trip, with plenty of fast food and casual restaurants within walking distance, and the connected hotel restaurants are decent too. From the hotel and restaurant, you get a great view of local cultural and civic activities, including parades, the Voyadores competition, and Fiesta events for Our Lady of Peñafrancia. I was disappointed that a room for two with adult occupancy came with only one meal. That was management's doing, not the employees', who seemed embarrassed by the company's nickel-and-diming. The Filipino breakfast was tasty, though a little expensive, and still decent value. The building, decor, and much of the furniture are worn, but the people are very friendly, and I don't think there's a better location in Naga City. Recommended!

We booked for two nights, but checked out a day early because the hotel was so bad. The rooms were badly outdated and smelled unpleasant, the shower was cold, and the TV signal was too poor to watch a movie. Breakfast was cold, and the price was far too high.

The room is a little old, but it was very clean and hygienic in Naga. The service deserves five stars: the young woman at the front desk had a lovely smile and was always ready to help with my questions and requests. The staff were warm and friendly. A couple of things could be fixed: the shower in Room 242 and the gap at the edge between the window and air conditioner. I hope the hotel keeps improving, and we will stay here again next time.

The people were very nice, but the breakfast arrangement fell short. We had a room for two and got free breakfast for just one person. I'd never heard of that before. Keep up the good work with the staff!
