I went to the front desk today to ask a few questions and use the CR, but they refused to let me in. I'm an older man with prostate trouble and needed a toilet. Is that even legal? Someone should report this. It was a rude awakening.
Our bag and everything in it was stolen while our vehicle was parked on the hotel premises. The staff didn't respond quickly, and they were rude, too. They assured us the CCTV was working, but said they wouldn't be responsible if anything happened. I had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend staying here.
I've stayed at five Naga hotels over the past five years, and this was the worst. The only thing going for it is the location near Magasaysay, though the area isn't good during the day. There are too many other downsides to list. I wish I could give it zero stars.
The staff are pleasant, and the hotel is clean. It's also close to the Basilica of our Lady of the Peñafrancia, making it a convenient place to stay in Naga City of Bicolandia.
The function hall is spacious and convenient, and the sound is good. The air conditioning just doesn't cool the room enough.
