Citi Garden Suites

We had a bad stay here. The room wasn't clean, and there was no food available for a snack or meal, so we had to go out to places that were a bit far away. The WiFi was so slow and unstable that even basic browsing was difficult. There's no elevator, and although our room was on the third floor, nobody offered to help carry our bags. The service was lousy. I wouldn't recommend it, and would look at a small dormitel or another hotel instead.

As Sir Ernest B. said, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The WiFi kept cutting out and was too slow for basic browsing, and the room wasn't clean. The service wasn't very good either, and nobody offered to carry anything. There was so little water that a bath took an hour. Thanks to Kuya anyway, but we didn't have a good experience.

The lower-floor room looked a little better, and this still isn't the worst place to stay in Naga. But the third-floor shower didn't work, and the WiFi signal was weak up there. The building is poorly insulated, so the air conditioning struggles during the day. Now that it's part of the RedDoorz franchise, it still needs a lot of improvement.

A peaceful, quiet place to get away from the city's stress and noise. The hotel is cheap and nice, the staff are accommodating, and the meals are good. The ambience was what I liked most.
