Hotel Sogo was a great, affordable choice for a short vacation in Naga. It exceeded what I expected, so I’d recommend it.

I checked in for six hours around 11 PM on December 6, and at first everything seemed fine. When I got up around 3 AM to check my phone, the floor was wet, and my charging iPhone 12 was soaked too. Now it won’t turn on. Could someone please respond to this feedback? Thank you, and God bless.

The floor had clumps of hair, and none of the TV channels came in clearly. The shower temperature knob was broken, and the bidet didn’t work either. I asked for a decent room, but they said someone would come fix things in the original room instead.

The facilities are clean and good, but the water pressure is so weak that a proper shower is difficult. The hot water isn’t hot, either. They need to improve the water supply.

It was easy to get a room for just the hours we needed, which worked well since we arrived late and were leaving in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the WiFi was excellent. There’s a smoking spot with a bench and table, plus a big 24-hour room-service menu, though there isn’t a restaurant. After a long bus ride, the cheerful, super friendly night guard was a real mood booster.
