You can get a good rest here, since the bed is good. Just don't expect too much from the room. It's a cheap stay with breakfast included. The location is handy, with the bus terminal downstairs, SM mall a five-minute walk away, and many shops and food options on the street. There's also a 7/11 across the road.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I won't come back. The building is flood-prone, and during a brownout there was no water or electricity and no standby generator. I saw no posted building permit, DENR compliance, or license to operate a genset. There were no emergency lights in the rooms or natural ventilation, and I also noticed a room without fire detection. How did this business pass inspection? The staff treated me as if I were clueless and were disrespectful. They kept making excuses about my concerns and complaints. The food wasn't as good as at other hotels I've tried, and the digital door malfunctioned too.

The rooms are basic, but decent enough for sleeping, and breakfast is included. What stood out most was the customer service. We planned to stay one night, checked out, then learned the buses to Manila were fully booked, so we booked another night. Since we'd stayed the night before, they let us check in early, which saved us from waiting until 2 pm. On our last day, they also kept our bags safely in their mini office while we explored town before our night bus.

My room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was okay. The Standard Superior room without a terrace gets very little light, with just a small window in the restroom. Supplies were sparse too, only soap and toilet paper. Rates run from 1000 to 2500 pesos a night. There was no wifi during my stay.
