Sleepadz Naga - Capsule Beds Dormitel - Hostel

The booking transaction was easy, and the person who answered the call was friendly and answered our questions. The receptionist or housekeeper who greeted us was nice too. But the place was a big letdown after all the hype on the Facebook page. The photos made Sleepadz-Dayangdang, Naga City look lovely, with clean beds and a tidy room, but that wasn't what we found when we arrived. The bathroom faucet didn't work. They fixed it later that day, but we needed to wash our hands before that, and the working kitchen faucet was our only option. The Facebook photos also showed a cooking area, so we expected one with our room. There wasn't one, and we found cockroaches later on. The AC blew air, but it barely cooled the room. We only felt it early in the morning and at bedtime. From 9AM-7PM and part of the evening, it was hot inside despite the scorching weather outside. There were gaps around the AC where hot air came in, and no remote to adjust it. The temperature didn't seem to change anyway. There was a Dachshund chewing on a rolled mattress in the upstairs lobby near the balcony. I have no comment on that. There were also issues with poop and pee. Don't expect too much here, and don't trust the photos. The gap between expectation and reality was huge T-T.
