The rooms had a faint smell, and the newer staff seemed unsure of their jobs. The fall during my stay in September was the last straw, and I won't return. I’m happier with another hotel's service anyway. The location is the one good thing. Their elevator was out, so I had to take the stairs, which were slippery from the typhoon rain and hadn't been mopped. I slipped going downstairs and hurt my arm. I sent them the X-ray results, and was told it was a soft tissue injury that kept me from using my right arm. I lost about a week of income as a result. Management refused to compensate me or refund my stay. They'd said the rooms had Android TV and a warm shower, but neither worked, so I ended up with regular TV and a cold shower. They did give me the prescribed medicine for the pain, but I feel management should have done more after my fall and lost income.

The bathroom is clogged and needs urgent attention, which has made the stay quite inconvenient. The bed and pillows also have a noticeable, unpleasant smell that isn't acceptable for hotel accommodation. Service has been disappointing throughout and below the standard I expected. Please address these problems immediately, since the room and service are far below a reasonable guest experience.

We couldn't stay even a minute. The corridor smelled moldy, including by the deluxe room, which cost around 2,000. We asked for a refund so we could find another hotel. We were traveling from QC toward the Visayas, and I feel this place should be demolished because the mold could affect people's lungs.

We had three rooms for nine people, and each had a problem. In the first family room, there was already a mouse inside before we even moved in. The second room had a clogged sink, a broken bulb, and an AC that blew hot air. In the third family room, the TV controls barely worked and its volume was extremely loud. The toilet, bidet, and shower leaked all over the floor, the shower setup looked as though it could fall out of the wall at any moment, and the bedside outlets had no faceplates, which felt dangerous. We had little choice because most hotels were full after the storm caused power outages in some areas. I'd think twice before booking here. Such a waste of money.
