Pamana Beach Resort

We booked a triple room for Jan 8-9 2026 while attending a wedding at the nearby High end resort. I was travelling with my senior citizen father, who was a secondary sponsor. The room was spacious, parking was ample, and the price felt right. Staff were friendly and courteous, breakfast could be adjusted to suit a senior citizen, and the beach was serene with local vendors around. We had to carry our bags up to the 3F because there's no elevator and no bellboy or staff to help. Finding the hotel was confusing too. It's on the left side at the end of the road, but signage wasn't enough, so we stopped at the baranggay hall because we seemed lost. There was a basketball court, with teens playing in the middle of the road 😱😱😱

We went to PAMANA for my partner's birthday, and the dinner setup by the beach was perfect. Staff even sang happy birthday to the celebrant and brought out a cake. Our family of three had an unforgettable, fun time. Great service and a beautiful place, definitely worth visiting again ❤️😍🎂😊🫶🏼

The beach is nice, though Nasugbu beaches are nice in general. Pamana felt overhyped, and the experience was pretty ordinary. Maybe they're still adjusting to the sudden increase in guests. The restaurant staff were working hard, but they seemed understaffed. We waited almost two hours for dinner, and when it arrived the food was cold. Breakfast was plain with no other options, and didn't feel worth the luxurious prices. Other hotels are cheaper and offer better service.

The pool was the only part we enjoyed. The beach is accessible now, but it was still dirty, and it felt like management didn't care. On our 2025 visit, food was buffet style in the restaurant, with staff plating it, but the coffee was terrible. They kept it in a thermos and topped it up with water instead of making a fresh batch, leaving something like brown water. It was as disappointing as the coffee at that café on the 4th floor. The food, dessert, and coffee were a total waste of money. We had booked a double room but were moved to a standard room because the AC in the double wasn't working. The standard room had no WiFi reception and no TV channels, another letdown. We first came in 2023 after a typhoon. Debris had left the beach dirty and we couldn't swim, though we understood the circumstances. The complimentary food was just okay, and the Kapeng Barako was decent. Read the reviews, though some pictured reviews without people in them look like they could be from staff or management. TikTok doesn't show everything. Very unsatisfactory overall, and we won't return.
