The beach is great for kids, and the property is expansive. But I have a major concern about how the Pico de Loro Condominium Admin treats guests. At Miranda B, they shut off the power for 12 hours on March 20, 2026, from 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM to fix the generator. We only heard about it from the guard around 9:00 PM on March 19, just hours before the shutdown. That's nowhere near enough notice for an interruption like this. The contact number on the circular couldn't be reached, so guests had no immediate way to get clarification or help. I raised concerns about the very short notice, no emergency power, loss of elevator access, the unreachable number listed in their own circular, and the serious effect this could have on families with young children. These aren't minor inconveniences. They're serious operational and safety issues that needed management attention right away. Management seems to have responded with silence. Guests and unit owners are expected to follow the property's rules and standards, so it's deeply disappointing that the same responsibility, urgency, and professionalism weren't shown when guests were put in unsafe and unreasonable conditions.
