The staff were kind and helpful. We accidentally left some clothes under the beds at checkout, and they found them and returned them, which we really appreciated. The location by the beach is good, the water pressure is strong, the AC works very well, and the pool is nice. The place has potential, but the upkeep seems to have been neglected and parts are in disrepair. The photos look much older, perhaps from when the resort was new over 40 years ago. They don't show what the rooms are like now: some toilets have no seats, doors and frames are rotten and only partly close, and rainwater comes under the doors. The mattresses are thin foam over a hard wooden frame, so we woke up sore. The sheets had holes, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The poolside rooms we first considered for my in-laws smelled from the comfort room drains, so we chose family rooms for them instead, as those at least had no odor. There was no restaurant either, and I'm guessing it had fallen into worse disrepair than the rooms. I'd check whether nearby places have vacancies. The price is very high for what you get, especially when there are other hotels and resorts in the area that aren't in such bad shape.

We went for a team-building trip with my coworkers last year. The stay was still fun, but don't expect too much. Renovations were underway when we checked in, though the rooms we used were fine. The ACs worked well, even though I didn't manage to sleep at all. I found the single pool quite small, and the beach had a lot of trash, so I couldn't enjoy it.

There are pools for adults and kids, plus a great beach view to enjoy with family or friends. The resort has a nice atmosphere and cozy rooms, with clean private and shared comfort rooms. The staff were hospitable, and there's a sari sari store inside where prices are like those at a sari sari store in the city. The resort itself is a 10/10.

The property was old and hadn't been renovated or restored. We were moved to another room twice because the rooms and bathrooms smelled bad. There was no Netflix or Wi-Fi, and the TV was small. The pool water wasn't being pumped in and out, and there were insects in it. The beach had lots of rubbish and no catch net. Check-in and checkout times weren't followed, and guests were allowed to check in at different times. The poolside family room, twice the size of ours, was 3500 according to the property shower, while our room was 3000. Unbelievable! I also cross-checked third-party hotel booking apps, and the published [shore land] rate was much higher than their published rates. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THEIR PHOTOS. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, NOT TRUE!
