After I got sick and couldn’t travel, I contacted the hotel right away to request a cancellation and sent proof of my flight and situation. I never heard back about Booking ID: 1635561096. I know cancellation rules exist, but I expected at least a reply or some compassion from management. Being ignored was disappointing and unprofessional. Even a simple acknowledgment or assistance would have helped. I hope RedDoorz improves its customer service and shows more understanding when guests face unexpected emergencies.

For a short stay, this place is decent enough, though I wouldn’t highly recommend it. RedDoorz @ Sukitel Budget Hotel Nasugbu is affordable and has basic amenities, but the rooms need better upkeep. Cleanliness and service could be better, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable.

The location is central and nice, but everything else made this my worst experience in the Philippines and anywhere in general. The shower was missing, the toilet and water gun didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was out, and the place was pretty unclean. At check-in, we were charged double what we had booked.

The room still looked dirty after cleaning, and the sheets had holes and dirt on them. There was no hot water, toilet paper, or electricity to charge a phone, and the room was very basic. 700PHP is probably the most you should pay.

For a budget hotel, it was expensive, and the service was bad. They hadn’t checked the room before giving it to us. The toilet light was busted, so I had to change the bulb myself. The pillows were also so old and thin they were hard to use.
