The staff were easy to approach and really helpful, and the room was spacious with a nautical look. The location is great, right across from Ayala Malls Harborpoint mall. Since the hotel only opened last Dec 2025 and is still in its soft opening, there were only a limited number of rooms available, breakfast was plated, and the pool wasn't open yet. I'd come back for a long weekend or a staycation.

The central spot made it easy to get to restaurants and key places around Subic, and the rooms at ibis Styles Subic were clean, modern, and comfortable. Service was warm, too, with staff who were very accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows looked breathtaking, especially at night. I was also struck by the spacious room, elegant design, and sophisticated lighting from the moment I walked in. I'd highly recommend Ibis Styles Subic to anyone looking for a premium, memorable stay.

The pool was one of the main reasons we booked, but they hadn't made clear that it wasn't operating during the hotel's soft opening. We also had power cuts almost every hour. The air conditioning had to be switched back on each time, and there was no remote, so we kept having to get out of bed. It ruined our sleep, and the power even went off while we were showering. The stay wasn't worth what we paid. Breakfast was underwhelming, too. You could only pick one main course in the hybrid setup, which felt very limiting. The staff apologized, but that didn't make up for the experience.
