The staff were lovely, especially the woman at the restaurant who kindly made us fish for breakfast as we asked. But that good service couldn't make up for the run-down rooms or the closed inflatables. The beachfront location is convenient if you're after a cheaper stay, though the quality felt too stripped back for the price, and there's no Wi-Fi. There are better kept places nearby for the money.

The heated pool was a lovely place to unwind, though there were some mosquitoes around it. The resort itself is quiet and calming, and could work for a short break, but the beach wasn't very clean. Some cottages were being built or weren't maintained, and the chairs by the beach were dirty. The receptionist on duty first messaged us to call if we needed anything because the property is large and going back to the office is a hassle. We called and messaged several times without a reply. On day two, Justine answered the phone right away.

The breakfast was great, and the restaurant chef even cooked the fresh crabs we had bought for us. We had a really enjoyable stay, helped along by staff who were incredibly helpful. The area is peaceful and away from the noise, just right for relaxing.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates after being scammed on an earlier booking, so I was already stressed when I made this one in a rush. Marie at reception, if I got her name right, went out of her way to sort it out and help keep our family time from going to waste. Having someone offer real solutions helped ease the stress. The resort is good, but the service was what stood out most.

I found this resort on TikTok, but what we got didn't match what I expected. The beach was dirty, the sand wasn't white, and the resort itself wasn't really clean. For the price, especially the extra ₱855 per person, the location doesn't feel worth it. This was the first beach I've been to where the service felt this poor, and the location isn't that good either.
