The rates are steep, but the place is clean and roomy, and it works for a longer stay. There's a large pool with a fountain and slide, and the housekeeping team is friendly and helpful. Slabs, the restaurant next door, is convenient, and the big parking lot gives you easy access to reception.

The place is really clean, the staff are friendly, and the security guards are always around, which made me feel safe. There's a small restaurant attached, a playground, and laundry service that isn't expensive. Lots of military visitors come here. The bathroom felt a little small to me, but that wasn't a big deal. What really annoyed me was the laundry process: they make you list each item and the total, supposedly so nothing goes missing, but they still lost my laundry bag. I don't know how they lost the bag I brought the clothes in. Every day I was told it would be ready tomorrow. I was especially upset because I'd had that bag for years and use it to carry dirty laundry while visiting different countries.

My rating has gone up to 4.5 stars after dealing with the manager, whose name I can't remember right now, sorry. She was very helpful and professional, and the way she handles customers is so good. Room service has also been on time every time, with the food still hot, and the employees I've met have all been professional. At first I was around a 3.5. It's close to lots of restaurants, and the Wi-Fi seemed okay where I was, though it just dropped and might depend on the room. I couldn't find indoor slippers or laundry bags, so I'll have to go buy them. The breakfast room is in another building, about a five-minute walk along the street, which isn't great in heavy heat or rain. Room service is available, so I tried that for the rest of my stay. There's a small patio, but smoking is in the parking lot, so I couldn't really use it. They only give you one towel, even for a longer stay. The TV picture was blurry. A suggestion for the breakfast team: please guide guests to a table and mark when it's taken, instead of leaving people to wander around. And if you're not serving coffee, at least offer water.
