During my v.2 R&R last week, I wanted a little quiet in the city before heading back to my home in the province. I was also finishing treatment diagnostics nearby. After first experiencing symptoms last year, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition just last month, which meant taking months of medical leave from my clinical work overseas. My stay here has never disappointed me for that purpose. On my first visit last year, I stayed in one of the rooms that was under construction. I'm glad to say the property has kept its standards: it's still excellently clean, perfectly quiet and peaceful, in tune with nature, and the staff are highly hospitable. Special thanks to ma'am Pat, who looked after me last year too, now in an upgraded uniform. My heart may have gotten a bit worse and not work as healthily as before, but being here with these people reminds me that some beautiful things and people never change, or change for the better. Thank you very much, Sky Garden Homestay. Until next time.

We stayed at Sky Garden Homestay for the Labor Day long weekend with a group of 25, and the staff's hospitality really set it apart from other hotels in Subic. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities, and the place felt homey as soon as we walked in. The roof deck Sky Garden is beautiful, with its vegetable garden, and the Sky Garden Restaurant serves delicious Filipino food. The location is convenient, along Rizal Highway, the main road of Subic Bay Freeport Zone, near the SBFZ entrance and exit gates. Ayala Mall Harbor Point is across the road, there are restaurants nearby for different cravings, and a 7-Eleven convenience store is just around the corner. The three attractions we visited, Ocean Adventure, Adventure Beach Waterpark, and Zoobic Safari, are about 30 minutes away. Room prices are reasonable, much cheaper than the big hotels. We highly recommend staying here.

The greenery is what makes Sky Garden Homestay feel like a hidden garden, with live plants all around creating a refreshing atmosphere. The property is spotless, the rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, and the team is kind and ready to help. It's in the SBMA Central Business District, a short walk from Harbor Point, and the Sky Garden Restaurant is in the same building, so meals are easy. A convenient, comfortable place for business or leisure, with a welcoming feel from the moment you arrive.
