Subic Residencias

The staff and service were awesome. Everyone went out of their way to make us happy, and the hotel was very clean. Our room was large and had the amenities we expected, but there was only one outlet, in the bathroom, which made charging today's devices difficult. Parking was very limited, though security helped us find a spot and were courteous and helpful. Road noise was a problem on that side, and hallway noise was awful. We were on the third floor and could easily hear people downstairs. The AC was too weak for the room. They didn't turn on the AC or refrigerator until we arrived, so the room was hot for about 14 hours. The drinks in the fridge were warm until the next day, which isn't good for soda to go hot, cold, then hot again. It also uses more electricity than leaving them on and turning them down a bit. We had a decent stay and did like it.

It's a nice place otherwise, but the lack of an elevator is a big drawback. Anyone with a disability should avoid it.

The staff were very accommodating, and the location is great, right in the heart of Magsaysay. Jollibee and McDonald are an easy walk away. My bedroom had just one socket by the bed for charging, and there's no lift or elevator, so pack light. There was no bar soap or lotion.

Great location, clean room, and really attentive staff. I'd definitely stay here again.
