Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Ormoc

The staff seemed uninterested and took a while to notice or handle what needed doing. There was also a lot wrong with the room: it smelled bad, the floor was dusty, some bulbs didn't work, and both the main door's double lock and the bathroom doorknob were broken. Staff phone conversations in the hallway were very noisy. Management at novotel, please keep an eye on things and make changes.

Rooms were clean and roomy, and the service was good. It's an affordable place to stay while visiting ormoc, right in the heart of the city.

The air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was good. The room itself was pretty basic, though, and I couldn't reach the heater because it was mounted so high on the wall. Even with the heater there, the shower had no hot water. When I arrived tired from traveling, the front desk staff weren't very accommodating and took a while to get me to my room. It's an okay place for a night or two if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

My partner and I stayed here for 2-3 days. The room smelled really bad and was dirty, bathroom included. Breakfast was lukewarm, and the signal was terrible.
