We just stayed there overnight, and I almost didn’t want to leave a negative comment. But management must know what the main problems are at this transient place, and to be fair, some staff members were accommodating and helpful. Many reviews seem to describe the same issues, yet guests continue to experience them. Maybe management isn’t paying enough attention to the feedback and concerns. Since it’s quite far from the town proper, they should make sure the service, cleanliness, and comfort are good for guests.

After a long day of travel, we were very disappointed with the room and found it hard to relax. The room, bathroom, and toilet were dirty, and there was no tissue or toiletries. The ad promised free breakfast, but staff said breakfast wasn't included in the ₱1,300 price. The room was clearly poorly maintained, and it was far from Session Road. It wasn't worth the price at all. Please don't be misled by the ads on their FB page. I really don't recommend this transient.

The staff were polite and nice, but the rooms weren't anything like the advertisements and smelled like cockroaches. The location is somewhat far from the city center. It was our first visit to Baguio, and after the long trip from MNL we were tired and expected somewhere cozy. Instead, the stay left us disappointed and unsatisfied. Maybe we won't come back to Baguio for a while, and if we do, we'll definitely look for another place to stay. The staff were nice, but the rooms aren't worth it.

Ms. Grace and Ms. Yen made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were affordable at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The staff were nice, but the place itself was absolutely horrible. Our room was 28 steps down. They did tell us that at first, but when we went out and came back later, there was trash in front of the staircase leading to it. The room smelled of paint and looked like it wasn't ready for anyone to stay in. There was no water, and the foam wasn't complete yet. The floor was dirty and seemed uncleaned, and there were insects in the place.
