The room was clean enough, and the staff were friendly. Its location beside the port is handy if you're catching a ferry, and there is some parking for cars. There isn't much space to put your things, so we had to leave them on the floor. The bedside shelf or table was barely attached to the wall, and there was only one power outlet. The toilet paper was so cheap it practically melted in my hand. The TV didn't work even after someone looked at it, and the toilet flush needed attention. My husband tried to call reception about the TV, but the phone wasn't working either.

The location is very good, but there was no water dispenser. When we asked for a bath mat, the receptionist said none were available and suggested using tissue instead. We asked for three tissues to be brought up, and thankfully they ended up giving us an old towel to use.

The location is perfect. The room was okay, though it lacked toiletries. For a one-night stay, it was alright.

A convenient place to spend the night in Ormoc before catching a boat. It's near restaurants and cafes. The hallway felt too narrow for me, and the Wi-Fi wasn't as strong as I expected.

I stayed there yesterday, 2025/10/20. The room was spacious and close to both the port and bus station. Counter service was good, and checkout was at 12 noon.
