We stayed in room 413. It was decent for the price, though there’s room to improve. The AC was the weak point, since our front-facing room had glass exposed to the sun. Also, there’s no service elevator, so get ready for the stairs.

The room was clean and had hot water, though there was no cabinet for clothes. It’s easy to get around from here, with banks, markets and parks nearby, and there’s a fast food place on the ground floor. The area felt safe, with police patrolling every day, even at night. The receptionist was polite and handled questions without a problem.

My first room was on the second floor, with a big bed. It was clean and nice, and the WiFi worked off and on but was usable. The AC wasn’t very strong, and something in the shower was quite loose. One piece of bedding was dirty, as in the picture. Later I had a twin room on the third floor. That room was very poor, with no WiFi or other connection, so getting online or loading anything wasn’t possible. It wasn’t especially damaged, but the lack of internet made it a bad room.

The staff were really friendly and the service was great. The price seemed reasonable, but our room’s air conditioning wasn’t working properly. There’s no elevator, and most rooms are on the second or third floor, if I remember right. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone traveling with kids or elderly people.
