It's affordable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough, with a TV, air-conditioning, a desk or table, and a hot and cold shower. The hotel is close to the city center, with Gaisano, Jollibee, Chowking and other places nearby. The stairs and floor were dusty. There was sometimes noise from outside, with clients turning the TV up loud or friends chatting loudly. It doesn't happen often, especially with guests who follow the hotel rules. Still, it's all good, and I'd rate it 8/10.

During our Ozamiz Summer 2026 vacation, this has been the best value for money hotel I've stayed at so far. The location is strategic, near the port going to Lanao, the boulevard with a nice view, and the public market.

The room was adequate for one person, and 1,000 pesos for the night is competitive with other budget hotels in Cebu. Still, I can't recommend it to travelers. It was noisy, with dogs barking outside and motor vehicles audible from early morning until late afternoon. There was only one outlet for charging, about nine feet above the ground and difficult to reach. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the unit felt bare. The linens were visibly stained, and dust and stray hairs in the room triggered an asthma attack for me.

The TV was good, the reception was fine, and the water pressure was good too. But my room wasn't very clean, with hair on the floor, and hallway light came through into the bedroom. At 7 am, a chainsaw ran for over an hour across the street. I think there's a repair shop there.

The hotel feels tired, and the rooms are small, especially the bathroom. There's no hot water in the shower. The mattress is nice, the A/C is strong, and the internet is good. The location works well for food and shopping.
