The hotel is quiet and close to downtown, with clean rooms and super friendly, helpful staff. They serve an amazing breakfast for free. A tip for foreigners: if you need something or something doesn't suit you, tell the staff and they'll try to help. People in the Philippines may see some things differently, so just talk to them.

The food was great, and the staff and drivers were friendly. Our room was spacious, though I couldn't find a few usual amenities, like floor mats or ironing service. The function hall was fine and roomy enough for our group of around 50. The place is nice, near the seaside boulevard and restaurants.

The morning receptionist and guard were very kind, and the location was convenient for our business venture. But the bed was advertised as king size and turned out to be a queen. Parking was very limited and didn't seem to be prioritized for guests. I had to beg for a spot while people drinking on-site got preference. There was no bath mat when I arrived. I asked for towels and was told to 'look for a towel first,' but nobody ever brought one. The night duty security guard was harsh, and the receptionist didn't help. Breakfast was so-so and not suited to foreign guests. The service was very poor and the amenities were misleading. I've stayed at many Dumaguete hotels, and this was my worst experience so far. Not recommended, there are much better and cheaper options nearby.

I ONLY come for the excellent buffet breakfast. I serve myself a plate and ask them to microwave it. Locals eat their breakfast cold, but there's also a cook who makes eggs to order.

The pool was great, breakfast excellent, and everything in the clean, spacious rooms worked. It's close to the boulevard and lots of restaurants, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Highly recommend at this price.
