We stayed for 12 hours in an air-conditioned room, but the room was in poor shape. Only one light worked because the others were broken, there was no TV, and the AC seemed nearly broken, with old switches hanging detached. The CR door had a large hole at the bottom, the toilet had no flush, and the rusty faucet and shower made the water smell rusty. The bucket and dipper looked gross, like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. We got just one soap and one towel, and had to ask for a blanket. There's no canteen or phone to call the receptionist, and it didn't seem like anyone checked the room before handing over the key. The owner was unfriendly, and the old lady wasn't polite. She seemed to think customers wouldn't pay. The price is expensive for this kind of room. It felt like the old lady owner just wanted more money. I will not recommend staying here. There are better hotels for this price.

Rooms are clean and affordable, and the staff are friendly. We came twice within six months. There are basic toiletries and clothes hangers, and you can ask for a non-smoking room since some rooms may still smell of cigarette smoke. The showers have no heater. On our first visit last December, staff gave us hot water in a bucket when we asked. On the recent stay, they said they didn't have any.

The staff were very helpful, which is why I gave two stars. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no WiFi in the room or toilet seat, and the TV was old-fashioned.

I've come here with my family 12 times over the last two years to chillax. The staff are very polite and friendly. The only thing I don't like is the towel.
