Our vacation became impossible when the Gulf War began and flights through the region were canceled, through no fault of our own. We started getting refunds even from places where refunds hadn't originally been offered. Everyone was understanding and accommodating. This hotel was the only one that ignored the situation and didn't even answer our detailed request for a partial refund. We got no result by email, through trip.com, or via the hotel's website. I've never experienced such disrespectful, insensitive treatment. The owner and management should use the money they took from us for nothing to buy some shame and a conscience. They need both. I doubt the business will last long if it treats customers with such disdain. I strongly recommend avoiding a booking here so you don't end up in the same situation, paying people who show no understanding, empathy, or respect.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the place felt quiet and relaxing. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, with the main street just around the corner. We stayed in House 6, which was incredible: really spacious, sparkling clean, and with a huge bathroom. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

This was our second stay here, and the spacious rooms made it comfortable again. The resort is on a quiet road, but Alona Beach is an easy walk away. Guest parking was a bonus, and there's also a great bar and restaurant with cold draft beer. The staff are extremely helpful.

I felt lucky to find this quiet hotel on a side road near Alona Beach. It's run very professionally, with cleanliness and staff attention up to European standards. They also arranged a motorbike rental for us. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again next time I'm in Bohol.
