The staff were brilliant and always ready to help, and a shout-out to Ryan and the Site Manager for making the stay so special. We stayed in one of the new apartments, and the facilities were top notch. It’s a quiet spot, but Alona is only a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available on site at decent prices. They provided slippers in the accommodation, and WiFi was free throughout. We’ll definitely come back.

The location isn’t close to Alona, and I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation. The contract policy and the inclusions shown in the booking.com app were confusing. They also charged a lot for transportation, so if you book here, I’d opt out of their pickup service.

We were a family of six adults and four children, and Bo and Angela took wonderful care of us throughout the stay. They helped with our room, shuttle arrangements in a yellow multicab with logi, and food service, always paying close attention to what we needed. From arrival through departure, the whole staff were exceptional, warm, and professional. I’d recommend the property to other families. The one small drawback was construction on the expanding building, which meant daytime noise.

The pool was clean, well laid out, and great to use. Our rooms had what we needed, and room service was available each day when we wanted it. The villas were peaceful, far enough from town to relax but still within walking distance when we needed to go in. The staff were friendly and easygoing, the rooms were nice, and the AC worked well. WiFi came and went, though it was mostly fine. Bella the dog is a cutie. They also offered local laundry service, had a small bar, and coconuts.
