Begonia resort

We booked four interconnecting king rooms for two nights, but when we arrived, the rooms were larger and each had two single beds. I asked to switch to king bedrooms, even if they weren't connected. The receptionist was kind and checked availability, though it took about half an hour to sort out. We discovered there was no elevator when heading to our third-floor room, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Thankfully, two other bedrooms for our family were on the first floor and one on the second. Our third-floor room had no phone for service and no TV, though we wouldn't have used the phone anyway. The room was clean and came with two complimentary bottles of water, thank you. We went downstairs for a quick dip in the pool, which was normal temperature. Back upstairs, the hot shower had good pressure, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and personal hygiene kits were provided. The king bed was exactly what we wanted and very comfortable. We slept deeply, then woke up relaxed and ready for our adventure. Thank you. The small restaurant on the main floor served a reasonably priced buffet with a limited selection that was enough for breakfast. During our two-night stay, it included coffee, orange juice, white steamed rice, fried rice, bread, butter, longanisa, fried, boiled, and scrambled eggs, danggit, pork adobo, pinakbet, a chicken dish, stir-fried vegetables, chicken noodle soup, corned beef, tomatoes, cucumber, watermelon, banana, and pineapple. The selection may vary on other days. We were comfortable here. The hotel was quiet, and the staff were friendly, professional, hospitable, and accommodating, going out of their way to meet guests' needs and requests. Thank you so much.

The room was so cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, and I especially liked the thoughtful little touches and the quiet, relaxing feel. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From the warm check-in welcome onward, the whole stay was beyond what I expected. I'll definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel.

The photos make it look better than it is in person. The pool water wasn't very clear, and we were charged extra for things like an additional room key and pillow. The staff were friendly, breakfast was reasonably good, and the hotel is near the beach.

The breakfast was good, the room and beds were nice, and the place was peaceful. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the service was very good. A personal highlight for me was that they gave the kids free mini Lego sets. Building them was entertaining, and they made a cute souvenir to keep. I really liked staying here, especially if you want to go diving.
