I'm not a difficult client, but nothing's gone right in ten hours. Twice there was no water, and the Wi-Fi is what it is. I can't get a hot shower, not even a cold one. I've asked about the water four times and it still hasn't been fixed.

Aside from what happened, I was satisfied with everything after having stayed at Henann Resort. But after the room was cleaned, four 1,000-peso bills were missing, and I spent the night searching for them. I'd exchanged them for new bills, so I remember them clearly. Because our trip was a package, I only had about 2,000 pesos for shopping, so I didn't lose any money. I had put my passport and wallet with the money in my swimsuit bag, placed that in my suitcase, and covered it with some clothes. I hadn't locked the suitcase. This kind of thing seems to happen often after a trip, especially following room cleaning. Make sure to lock your suitcase before you go out. ㅠㅠ
