As of September 29, Tower 9 at Avida Towers is brand new and still down to one working elevator. I was told repairs on the other one won't be finished until late November, two months away. The older buildings don't seem to have elevator trouble, but this new one has had repeated issues. Its lobby air conditioner has also been out for more than six months. The location is convenient for airports, shopping, and restaurants, and most of the staff are great. Our concierge, the guards, and some building staff have been kind and helpful. But maintenance is a serious problem. The paint looks old and dirty, even in the newest building, and I expected things to work when I bought here. That was a mistake. I wouldn't recommend moving to Avida Towers Sucat or buying from this company if you don't want to be disappointed. I've spoken with Avida engineers who say my issues were resolved, but they haven't been. So far, the administration and responsible engineers have only offered excuses. Please fix these problems, and I'll update my review. I'm sadly disappointed in this investment.

As a resident who pays monthly dues, I find the power-tripping attitude from some receptionists and security guards unacceptable. These services are funded by residents, and we shouldn't be spoken to so rudely. I hope management reviews its customer service rules and makes sure staff treat residents with respect.

I've been stuck here since 2014, and honestly, I regret it. Blackouts happen a few times a year, and problems take ages to fix. The guards are rude, the security rules make no sense, and the place feels low-level for somewhere with the ‘Avida’ name. There are two gates, but the one near SM only allows motorcycles through. Pedestrians have to make a long detour to the main gate. Fixes are slow and sloppy, just the worst.

I booked this Avida Tower accommodation through Airbnb on a business trip to the Philippines. It was the most cost-effective place I stayed. The host was really friendly, and having SM Sucat right across the street made shopping convenient.

I was put in the wrong room. It was dirty, had cockroaches and flies, and there were no clean sheets or Wi-Fi. Avoid.
