After housekeeping serviced my room, I realized that a valuable ring was missing. I believe someone took it from the room, but management told me no item had been found when I reported it. I was especially troubled by the lack of support and transparency. Rather than looking into it further, they warned that pursuing the matter could bring legal consequences. I'm sharing this so future guests will be careful with their belongings. My stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

The food was great, and I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are lovely and quiet, and the service was consistently kind to my friend and me.

The twin beds were actually two huge double beds, and the room was clean. They replenished the toiletries and changed the towels every day. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is a big plus too, close to MOA, NAIA, Baclaran Church, and a train station.

The room with a balcony was clean and had good Wi-Fi. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful.

It was a nice stay, but I can't give it five stars after seeing two roaches in the room at check-in, one alive and one dead.
