I came by to play badminton with friends, since there's one badminton court. The place also has a gym, pool, lounge, and shower rooms. I think there are five condominium towers with eight floors, if I remember right, haha. Security was great. You can't just get inside without an appointment with someone there. There are some shops, and I remember a water station too. Parking is underneath the condos, with space for cars and motorcycles.

The units are efficiently laid out and well appointed. A Pure Gold Jr. is just steps away, and the property has a pool, fitness center with a full basketball court, and table tennis. There's a good selection of restaurants and the usual fast food places a short distance away on the main drag. It's a decent condo in a very residential area, with a secured entrance gate and plenty of amenities.

The ready-for-occupancy unit comes with complete amenities, and it's a great investment in the metro. There's a badminton court, a covered basketball court, and a 25m lappool. It's near naia terminals, with easy access to schools, markets, and hospitals.

The atmosphere is really pleasant. Living here feels to me like being on a constant vacation at a nice resort. There's a nice pool, clubhouse, meeting and banquet room, basketball and badminton courts, plus an indoor rec center with billard, table tennis, and other games. The staff and amenities are top-notch too. It's a great place for families or single people, with a good location within walking distance of at least two top schools and shopping.
