It’s about a 15-minute walk from the airport, which is convenient, but the stay disappointed me. Water dripped from the bathroom ceiling, the room wasn’t clean, and there was no hot water in the shower. The AC was noisy and didn’t cool the room properly: it sits behind the curtains, so closing them to keep out the streetlights blocks the airflow. Wi-Fi was advertised, but staff said it only worked in the hallway and reception. Even at the budget rate, I didn’t feel it was worth it. I’d pay a little more for a better stay.

Being close to Airport Terminal 3 was the one useful thing about this place. The rest of the stay was awful: no parking, foul-smelling rooms, a creaky bed, bedbugs, rats roaming around, and mold covering the walls. We left after only a few hours and checked out instead of finishing our stay. It would be especially difficult for foreign guests.

The room was clean, but the sink tap and toilet flush didn't work, so we had to use a dipper. It also took ages for the air conditioner to cool the room, and the nearby highway noise made it hard to sleep. The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from NAIA Terminal 3.

I couldn't get any sleep because the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was humid with hardly any air. The toilet was unsanitary, and water spread across the floor while I showered. Rats and cockroaches were running around by the rusty staircase next to my room, and the reception staff weren't friendly when I arrived. The building itself is dilapidated. Please don't stay here, you can find a better room and location for the same price.

For a budget hotel, the service was good. It's within walking distance of ninoy Aquino international airport, and local transport is easy to find, including taxis at any hour. There are places nearby for local food, along with McDonald’s, KFC, and 7 -11.
