Conrad Manila

The room was clean and well kept, and the buffet breakfast had a great range of tasty choices. The fitness center was satisfactory too. A few drawers wouldn’t open, but that didn’t affect our stay, and Carey the Carabao was our favorite. We had a lovely welcome from the staff throughout the hotel. Trisha, a trainee, came to help as soon as we got out of the elevator and stayed with us while we waited to check in. JR handled the check-in efficiently. Our room wasn’t ready right away, so he personally took us to get our complimentary welcome drinks. From arrival to checkout, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

The massage was wonderful. The trained therapists used gemstones and distinctive imported oils, and the whole experience felt just right. We were also well looked after by ms. Juliet from housekeeping, ms Andrea and mr RD in the Executive Lounge, and ms Jenny/ms Dea at the SPA. We wanted a peaceful hotel stay, and Conrad exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional, cordial, and helpful from arrival through checkout. We’ll keep coming back to Conrad Hotel. It belongs among the top three hotels on anyone’s list. After I slightly twisted my ankle during the stay, the housekeeping team kindly went out of their way to help pack my bags. The front desk was just as supportive and extended my checkout by two hours so I could be more comfortable. Ian and Mark deserve special thanks for their excellent teamwork and support. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference. I’m grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Five stars feels like ten!

The sunsets were great, and I enjoyed taking early morning walks along the promenade. It felt very safe, with plenty of joggers, walkers, and cyclists out in the cooler hours. There’s also a huge shopping mall next to the hotel, full of restaurants and smaller food places, and the promenade has more dining and snack options. The building looks impressive and sits right by the sea, though a large land reclamation project is underway directly across from it. Staff gave us a warm, cheerful welcome and showed us to a spacious room on the sixth floor, overlooking the promenade, sea, and construction project. Service was excellent throughout, and everyone made us feel welcome. The Executive Lounge and breakfast teams were especially friendly and helpful. I loved the buffet, with its international selection and many Filipino specialties, and the staff explained the dishes and choices.
