Our apartment was furnished and clean, though not especially large, and the staff were helpful without hovering. It’s a nice place for a few days at a fair price. The outdoor pool and play area are great for kids, but less suited to adults. The pool closes early, it’s quite shallow, and when it’s open it’s full of screaming kids.

There was plenty of room to relax in the condo unit. The living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all nicely equipped and comfortable, giving it a home-away-from-home feel.

The place is well maintained, with fast internet and a good water supply. The pool is nice, the elevator is fast, and SM Mall of Asia is nearby. There’s no computer or printer at the help desk, and the cable channel selection is limited. Still, it’s a nice place to stay.

At checkout, I asked if we could leave our bags since we were moving to another unit in the same building. The receptionist mumbled, wouldn’t look at me, and got rude when I asked her to repeat herself. Earlier, at check-in, she gave our room number to a random guest who asked where we were staying, while chatting with him about personal matters. The reception staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. This job really doesn’t seem like a good fit for her.
