The place itself is nice, but one area was temporarily closed and that affected my experience. Staff weren't very approachable: most seemed unfriendly and rarely even offered a simple hello, sir or ma'am. Their serious expressions made it uncomfortable to ask questions or get help, and security sometimes came across the same way. Customer service would improve with more welcoming, friendly staff. A warm greeting and positive attitude can make a real difference.

The ground-floor room we booked through Airbnb was spacious and very clean. It's also an easy walk to MOA, just across the overpass bridge. The tradeoff with being on the ground floor is that you can't open the windows, because passersby and the construction across the road can see inside. We were glad our unit was there, since the elevator is very slow.

There are lots of convenience stores on the ground floor, and nearby shopping includes Mall Of Asia. Valet parking is also available. The clean room suited our group, with a wide bed that can fit 3-4 people, kitchen amenities, a mini fridge, Wi-Fi, hot and cold shower, automatic washing machine and cable TV. You can book in person or online, whichever suits you. Staff were approachable, and the place was friendly to our PWD loved ones. Worth trying for family, friends, barkada or workmates.

It's near the mall and looks nice, but it wasn't worth it for me. Pool access costs extra, and sorting it out was a hassle: first wait in line at the admin office for paperwork, then go outside to a separate billing room and queue again, and finally take the documents to security. Other condos offer amenities free of charge. There's nothing to enjoy here, so I'd avoid it if you can find a better place.
