The pool was closed when we tried to visit, which was a shame, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. On my first visit to Marco Polo, I really enjoyed the spacious room, which had more room to move around than I expected. The welcome staff at the entrance were helpful, and the breakfast team were kind and accommodating. I also liked the fruit and the range of choices.

At Cucina, the Crafted Table felt like a refreshing take on a hotel buffet. The main dishes were cooked to order and flavorful, the starters were fresh and nicely presented, and the desserts made a great finish. Everything seemed carefully prepared, and the food's quality and attention to detail showed the new concept led by Chef Alex. Mark and Chino were friendly and attentive without hovering, and recommended the salmon dish. We enjoyed the meal and will be back. Definitely worth a try at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila.

The location is excellent, very close to mid and high end malls, and the dependable service keeps my daughter and me coming back. We have stayed here several times, and every visit has the same professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Eric at the conceirge gave us a warm check-in welcome, and the valet staff are consistently friendly. JM Moran and Gerom looked after us during our swimming session, even bringing freebies and yummy fruits. We always feel cared for and at home, and our rating of this hotel never changes.

We spent 2 nights here with my children and would definitely return for more. They loved the clean, heated pool, and the room and facilities were clean and well designed. The polite, well trained staff really set this hotel apart. Daniel, Jade, John, Teddy, and Sally were willing to help and showed genuine customer care. Myla was very thorough and kept the table clean and neatly set up, while JM showed real concern for guests' well being. I recommend this place.

After 4 nights on a business trip, I can see why Marco Polo remains one of the best choices in Ortigas. The location is convenient, close to the malls, and there is a 24/7 store on the GF level. My room was large and well maintained, and the facilities felt complete and modern. Breakfast had plenty of options. I did think the corporate lunch during the meeting and the snack menus could use more variety. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience.
