The room was roomy and beautiful, and I slept really well because the bed was so comfortable. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, with warm smiles and quick, professional help whenever I needed something. I’m very thankful for the service. It was an absolutely outstanding stay.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient. The room itself was okay, but the bedsheets were torn; when they replaced them, the new ones were torn too, with some large, visible stitches. The water was either very hot or very cold, and the telephone didn’t work. On our last day the internet was out for the whole day. I think the TV only had three channels, and none were ones you’d want to watch. For the price, it’s okay, but the stay could’ve been so much better.

The room was pretty decent and the service was great. My main issue was the weak water pressure, which made rinsing off soap difficult. We also asked for utensils, but they don’t provide those here. Parking in the basement is tight too.

The room itself was nice and comfortable, but the system here isn’t good. They let you pay extra for another person without giving you an extra bed. I left the door hanger asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back, nothing seemed to have changed. The bathroom smelled bad even after we’d been out for 12 hours. There was no officer available to raise the issue with, and the officer couldn’t be reached.

I booked and paid online for my mom’s mandatory quarantine stay, and got a confirmation email. But when she reached the hotel, they said they had no booking for her, so she had to take a taxi back to the airport.
