Century Gardens Hotel

We complained about the first room and were moved, but the new room still had some larvae on the walls and only one outlet, which we could barely reach after shifting the beds. In the original room, all three beds were stained. The one by the window was dirty, with live larvae on it from the wall above, which was covered in them. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom, a spider on the ceiling, and little flies on the pillows when we arrived. Outside the door, the wall had small flies and mosquitoes all over it. The windows looked dusty and uncleaned.

We were stuck waiting in line for breakfast at 7, even though it was supposed to be served at 6:30 AM. When the rice finally came, it was undercooked. The pool just had stagnant water. Service was awful from the start: we arrived late for our reservation, but our room still wasn't ready, and it took over an hour before we could get in. Ghad, we won't be coming back.

I liked the place, and the rooms made of rock are a nice touch. The accommodation was good, and they have Wi-Fi.

Free breakfast meant waiting 30 minutes to an hour before we could eat, seriously, I'm not exaggerating. Then it took another hour before we could get into our room. The place felt like a ghost town, and the rice was so badly cooked it was almost crispy. Never staying here again!
