The setting is quiet and scenic, away from the busy White Beach area, and the resort itself feels new, with clean rooms and good facilities. The staff were friendly, and the fresh food seemed hygienically prepared. We did have one very long wait for a meal we eventually gave up on and went elsewhere for. The wine could use improvement too: the red wine we got was some kind of sweet red. The road in is in very bad shape, and I hope the resorts can get it fixed. Still, we had a good stay, five stars.

The beach in front is clean, and breakfast was really nice. Our room was decent, with a comfortable enough bed and pillows. During our three-night stay, though, the power went out often and the Wi-Fi was bad. Food was overpriced, and the access road from the main road hasn't been developed yet. Getting there by boat is easy. We booked through booking.

The food was so good, and eating by the beach was a treat. Portions were satisfying, too. We slept really well in the clean rooms, and the caring, friendly people looked after us like family. It felt like paradise, a lovely spot for a relaxing vacation. We’d happily book here again.

It was quiet and calm, just the escape I wanted. Ara Beach Resort is a bit far from “civilisation,” but that suited me perfectly. My room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and the beautiful view of the beach.

Right by the resort, there’s a wonderful ocean view, the same one enjoyed by the neighboring 5 star grade resort. For the price, this is the best place in Talipanan, Puerto Galeras, in my opinion. The food was excellent, and you can book all the extra activities at the resort with no extra cost. Two thumbs up, highly recommended.
