The shower pressure was weak, and the TV was small with a poor signal. Apart from that, the suite was spacious, had a kitchen, and the whole place was clean. The pool looks beautiful at night. It’s quiet and peaceful, a little way from the beach but still within walking distance.

The staff are friendly and provide good service. The pool water wasn't clear, and some rooms don't have a toilet bidet or a water heater. The TV is very small and an old model that needed replacing 10 years ago. The restaurant meals need improvement.

My colleagues and I stayed for four days and three nights, 13-16 April 2019, and we all enjoyed it. Apartelle de Francesca has become our usual choice in Puerto Galera, and apparently our company head feels the same since we keep booking here. I personally couldn't ask for more. There’s plenty nearby, including souvenir shops and places to eat, and the beach is a good walk away. Palawan Express is right across the street if you missed the ATM at the port or in town, and there's a convenience store nearby for any OTC meds you forgot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the rooms suited us and were in good condition. New showerheads would make bathing nicer, though. After the beach and sand, we had the billiards and swimming pools to keep us entertained. We also used the videoke, but local rules mean it isn't available whenever you want. Keep it up, guys!

We had a great time here when we visited a few years before the pandemic. There’s a small pool, a billiards area, and a souvenir shop. Andok's is outside the apartelle, with budget-friendly lechon manok.
