AV Suites

We arrived early after an overnight trip from Baguio, before check-in time. I messaged to ask whether we could use the pool while waiting, and they replied right away that we were very welcome. A great start so far. I’ll update this as our stay goes on.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It was a peaceful place, and the staff were hospitable and patient.

Getting to the hotel means tackling steep stairways, which could be tough on foot or with heavy luggage. A private vehicle may make that less of an issue. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sea view and the swimming pool. We booked through the hotel’s Instagram account because Agoda was having issues, and the process went smoothly. We got the ocean-view room we wanted. Outside food wasn’t allowed, so we ate at the hotel a few times. The food was decent, around 7 out of 10. All in all, it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.

A nice spot for relaxing, with lovely seascape and sunset and dusk views. Aninuan Beach is within walking distance. Happy hour runs from 4-8pm, and 200 pesos gets you 2 glasses of drinks from different options. We had the Margarita and enjoyed it. The parking is a little narrow, but we had no trouble getting our car in. The road to the suites is steep and narrow, so it may be inconvenient without your own transport. With a car, it’s a good option, and we’d be happy to stay again. Our room was clean and comfortable, though a blackout curtain and a curtain inside the comfort room would be useful. The split type AC got a bit noisy when set to a lower temperature.
