We booked two nights and wound up staying six. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good, and there was free coffee whenever we wanted. Our bed was really comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s a five-minute walk to White Beach, and there’s a free shuttle from the port to the resort. I recommend it, 10/10.

Even though we arrived late, the staff had everything ready and made sure we were looked after. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Free coffee at any time was a welcome extra after the long trip, and the shuttle to the beach and Balatero Port made getting around simple. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and we felt genuinely welcome. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, easy getaway.

A nice local hotel in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and White Beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

White Beach is only 2-3 minutes away, and the hotel also has a clean, clear pool with fresh towels provided whenever we used it. We could walk to the beach or take the shuttle, which made getting there and back feel easy and safe. There’s plenty to do at the beach, and the pool was a good option when we wanted to stay in. We came on a rainy January 31 after a long RORO trip, and the hotel picked us up from the port. Staff welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us complimentary bottled water. They were accommodating throughout, and the owner and his family were approachable and added a personal touch. On our last day they were just as welcoming and escorted us back to the port. We could borrow a kettle too. We booked two rooms, which gave our family plenty of space. Both were spotless, with fresh-smelling sheets, and the bathroom was very clean and had a bidet. Breakfast came with the rooms and was delicious, with a comforting home-style taste. The vegetables were fresh, and the portions felt light but satisfying. Complimentary unlimited Kapeng Barako and crackers were a nice treat in the morning. It was a comfortable, convenient stay, made even better by the staff and how well the hotel is managed. We’d love to come back.
