Bambu Suites

The rooms aren’t bad, but the location is quite far from Robinson Mall, and there’s little around on the quiet roads at night. I didn’t like the toiletries, especially the soap, which felt like it would damage your skin. Before I’d even settled in after a long journey, the hotel gave me a verbal briefing about warnings and penalty charges. That made for a negative experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. After 20 years of traveling, I’ve never felt this way. They should improve the basic room amenities and toiletries, and stop giving warnings before check-in when customers sign terms and conditions. It’s a big no for stays, since there are better nearby options.

We only got to stay one night, but we had a nice time and will definitely come back on my next vacation. The receptionist was cheerful and lovely, and the friendly, approachable staff helped with our questions and concerns. Breakfast was nice too.

A peaceful area with friendly people, near Robinson mall, massage parlors, and excursion pickup spots. The establishment was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the price felt well balanced with the amenities.

The bedrooms are modern and really clean, and it was quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Laundry is available on site. For the price, there are lots of extras, and the welcoming staff were accommodating and ready to help however they could. :)
