We were fooled by the photos on Agoda and Google, which appear to use pictures of the Zen Rooms CLR MN right next door. This was easily one of my worst stays. Oyo customer service emailed to say our booking had been refunded because the establishment was no longer affiliated with OYO, but the place was still operating under the OYO brand. We stayed anyway because we were exhausted after 12 hours of travel. The rooms were awful: cockroaches everywhere, insecure door locks, holes in the walls, dirty floors and wet ceilings. It didn't look like they'd cleaned for new guests. The "Family suite/room," supposedly for four people, was the same tiny single room with bunk beds added. It was very unsanitary, and we even found underwear under the bed. When the hosts learned we were cancelling and would only stay a few hours, they charged us 1500php for a half-day, despite what their signs said. That cost more than other places. This feels like a scam and should be shut down for all these reasons.

The staff were kind and brought us towels and sheets, and paying through GCash was easy. We had booked the cheapest dorm room, but it looked nothing like the photos. Cleanliness needs work. A sink in the bathroom and a ladder for one of the bunk beds would help too. Thanks!

The room looked different from the photos online, including the ones on Google. It hadn't been cleaned properly when we checked in, and tiny cockroaches were throughout the room. The water supply was good and the aircon worked well, but the dirt and bugs made the stay very disappointing.

Traveloka had let me book and pay online, but at the hotel they said they were full and couldn't access Traveloka bookings. They moved me to another nearby OYO for the same price. It was upstairs, with the toilet and shower downstairs, no towel, and a 200 deposit required to get the key. If it hadn't been raining so heavily, I wouldn't have accepted that transfer. It wasn't what I'd booked.

The room was clean, but smaller than the photos suggested for a family room. It was pretty basic, so you get what you pay for. The bigger issue was that staff insisted our booking was only until midnight, even though we'd booked a 24 hr-stay through booking. After we explained it several times, they stopped asking us to pay for those supposed extra hours. Our confirmation showed they weren't extra.
