Hotel Sogo - Quezon Avenue

We were especially impressed by how the staff handled my partner’s phone after she realized she’d left it in the room. We had checked out already, but when we hurried back, they had found it and were holding it at the front desk. Their honesty and quick response meant a lot. We checked in last Saturday night at Hotel Sogo Q. Ave, and the front desk made a great first impression. The room was spotless. The speaker with a cable wasn’t working, but we still relaxed with movies on the TV. The food had a good variety and was delicious, and orders over 500 PHP came with free leche flan. Service was quick and the meals were well prepared. We had a clean, comfortable stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, the shower had hot and cold water, and the TV remote worked. There were two pairs of slippers, and the staff were courteous. Resting during our three-hour check-in was difficult, though, because corridor noise carried into the room. I also couldn’t adjust the room temperature unless I turned off the air conditioning, since the remote had no battery.

My first stay at Sogo Hotel with my partner was a great experience. She’s kind of loud, but the staff didn’t mind. Ma’am Liz, the supervisor, and the rest of the team were especially accommodating and approachable. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. We’ll come back, and next time I’ll be with my babe 2. I checked in at Hotel Sogo Pantranco shortly after midnight on June 11, 2024, to room 521. I was planning to take a deluxe room for 10 hours at a little over 800, but the woman at the counter offered an executive room for just one peso more, so I agreed. I was disappointed when it looked like an ordinary room, nowhere near what I expected from an executive room. The room attendant also came twice because Netflix wouldn’t open.
